I'm a Spanish commercial operator. I've lived and worked in South Korea for 18 years, not advising from a laptop in Europe, but inside the actual relationship between Korean buyers and European suppliers.
I've spent my career in the ugly part of cross-border business: the rejected claims, the mid-contract price pressure, the emails that stop getting answered, the meetings that keep getting pushed, the relationships that quietly rot while both sides talk past each other.
