How it works
Six steps from "I have a problem" to "I know what to do."
Nothing starts until you and I both agree — in writing — on the scope, the fee, and the terms. No surprises.
Stage 1 — Confidential intake
You submit the basic facts, parties, deadline, amount at risk, and available documents.
Stage 2 — Conflict and scope check
Laura checks whether the case fits her expertise, whether any conflict exists, and whether legal or technical specialists are immediately required.
Stage 3 — Paid initial assessment
You receive a proposal with the fee and payment instructions (bank transfer or secure card link) for the initial assessment.
Stage 4 — Case diagnosis
Laura reviews the available materials, conducts an intake interview, reconstructs the timeline, and identifies missing facts.
Stage 5 — Options and recommendation
You receive a concise written assessment explaining the risks, options, and recommended commercial next move.
Stage 6 — Optional intervention
If appropriate, Laura can help prepare communications, structure the negotiation, rehearse meetings, or participate in commercial discussions.

Payment is by bank transfer or secure card link, sent once the scope and fee are agreed in writing. No card details are collected or stored on this site.
Submission of the intake form does not create an advisory engagement and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Clients remain responsible for protecting their own contractual, legal, insurance, customs, banking, and regulatory deadlines.
